CNC Programmer
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Create CNC programs using the appropriate software
- Set up CNC machines and select correct tools
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate, high‑quality output
- Conduct quality checks and measurements on finished components
- Troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain machines and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
- Support machinists with general workshop duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of CNC programming experience
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and CNC software
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Must hold a valid work visa or New Zealand residency

- Must pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Check
