We're currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team and support our clients with precision machining and production work.

As a CNC Programmer you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components in accordance with engineering specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files

• Create CNC programs using appropriate software

• Set up CNC machines and select appropriate tools for machining

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output

• Conduct quality checks and measurements of finished parts

• Troubleshoot issues and make modifications to improve efficiency or quality

• Maintain machines and tools, ensuring they operate safely and effectively

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines and standards

• Not afraid to get your hands dirt and Supporting machinists with general workshop duties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (minimum 2-3 years preferred)

• Strong understanding of machining techniques and CNC programming software

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards

• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

• Must have a valid visa or New Zealand residency
