We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, experienced and self motivated Class 2 delivery driver! You will also be working in the depot to ensure freight or product is sorted & dispatched correctly for delivery.
The duties will be:
- Driving a Class 2 truck, delivering around Christchurch
- Safely operate a forklift on site
- Providing excellent customer services to all customers
- Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
- Sort parcels & freight based in the depot
To be successful you must:
- Have a current F endorsement & OSH certificate
- Valid Class 2 Drivers Licence
- Be able to work well within a team
- Be ready for a physically demanding role - heavy lifting involved
- Have an accurate eye for detail
- Must have experience driving in New Zealand
- Be able to pass a drug & alcohol screen
- Clear criminal history
- Be available to work Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift
- Have good geographical knowledge around Christchurch
