About the role:

You will be the driver of all things recruitment within the team, completing the end to end process. Think writing and loading advertisements onto job boards, completing phone and face-to-face interviews & inductions, completing drug and alcohol screens, uploading paperwork into our system (FastTrack360) and completing reference checks.

This will also include selling roles to Candidates as we have a wide range of both temporary and permanent opportunities across the Technical & Engineering space. This role is fast paced and requires you to always have your finger on the pulse, our team is diverse and tight knit, and we love having a laugh.

You'll need the following:

Fluent in the Microsoft suite, mainly focusing on Word, Excel and Outlook

You should have previous experience in a customer focused role, recruitment being preferred

Genuine interest in assisting people progress through their career bettering themselves

Great time management and forward thinking
