We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our high-performing team in Manukau!
The role of a Candidate Consultant is pivotal to the success of our overall business. This role helps support our Consultants - ensuring our candidate journey is as engaging and inclusive as possible!

In a nutshell, our Consultants are busy partnering with our clients, designing recruitment solutions, and managing their busy desks. What they need is dependable and dedicated support to make sure they continue to deliver an exceptional candidate experience as well.

About the Role

As a Candidate Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting businesses with top talent. The types of tasks you would expect to do in this role include:

  • Screening and onboarding candidates, including pre-employment drug testing
  • Providing administration and document management support
  • Loading job adverts and putting together candidate profiles, along with managing and updating our CRM
  • Helping manage our temporary employees while they are out on assignment for us, and supporting the candidates we are working with to find their next great role
  • Facilitating interviews, meetings and testing, as well as completing reference checks
  • Assisting with processing weekly payroll

About You

This role is perfect for someone who is:

  • Comfortable working alone in the office while your colleagues are offsite
  • Able to work in the Manukau-based office, 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Naturally curious and has a passion for building long-term relationships with people in the South Auckland community

Ideally, you will have:

  • 2+ years experience in a service or sales-focussed role (exposure to the blue-collar industry is advantageous!)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy
  • A full, clean NZ drivers licence
  • Strong work ethics, and maturity with an ability to use initiative
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
