We have a new opportunity in our Christchurch branch for an experienced Business Development Manager or Recruitment Consultant who thrives on sales and building new client relationships

Multi-tasking and balancing priorities are key elements of the role along with maintaining and managing our commitment to the Health and Safety of our staff.
Day to day you will be:
- Securing new clients
- Building exceptional relationships with existing clients
- Ensuring employees' skills and experience match job requirements
- Ensuring daily compliance within proven operating systems
Required to be successful in the role:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or recruitment role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with the Microsoft suite
