As an administrator in the construction industry, you could be organising project meetings, typing up documents, responding to business enquiries, drawing up contracts and providing customer service. Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently. For this role, you would need to be a go-getter and not be scared to get your hands dirty on site.

This is an Assistant office Administrator position, and you will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.

  • Working in an office and going out to site

About you:

  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Have a full Class 1 licence and reliable transportation
  • Be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • Have a clear criminal record
