AWF are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our clients team as an Office Administrator.
Please note this role is not for an internal role at AWF.

A bit about the role:
This will be a busy and varied role and you will be tasked with ensuring the administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service, provide quality administration and contract support services to team members. You will work within a small and supportive team and will be required to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Our client needs someone who can hit the ground running, has excellent interpersonal skills, comupter skills and outstanding administration skills (attention to detail is a must).
What we require from you:
- Strong Health and Safety focus and knowledge in the work place and willing to continuously strive for excellence.
- Deliver administration functions with quality and within agreed time frames.
- Provide frontline reception service to clients and visitors.
- Develop strong, collaborative customer relationships ensuring customer interactions are positive and constructive.
- Manage workloads in accordance with business requirements and in time for month end business processes.
