The Work

Following an internal change of position, we are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our clients team.

Our client is committed to delivering excellence by ensuring our people have the environment and the means to be successful.

This will be a busy and varied role and you will be tasked with ensuring the administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service, provide quality administration and contract support services to team members.

We also have a second role available which will require you to be a liaison between the local council, public and our client's team. This role will have some flexibillity around hours so may suit someone who is looking for around 25 - 30 hours per week.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have experience working in these environments or be willing to follow instructions and learn the role
  • Intermediate to andvanced Microsoft Skillset
  • Financial acumen experience (including generatl ledger, purchasing, job management and scheduling)
  • Champion Health and Safety and continuous improvement
  • Deliver administration functions with quality and within agreed time frames
  • Provide frontline reception service to clients and visitors
  • Develop strong, collaborative customer relationships ensuring customer interactions are positive and constructive
  • Manage workloads in accordance with business requirements and in time for month end business processes
