Experienced STMS' Wanted!!
We're looking for reliable, safety-focused Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to support busy civil clients throughout the Wellington Region. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading traffic management operations, and keeping both crews and the public safe on local roads and around construction sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading traffic management operations on site
- Ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow in and around work areas
- Supporting a busy civil construction crew on local roads and state highway
- Working outdoors as part of a wider site team to deliver projects safely and on time
What You Need
- Current STMS AB Practising qualification
- STMS Cat C experience beneficial
- Full Class 1 driver licence (required)
- Class 2 driver licence (highly beneficial)
- Previous experience as an STMS or in traffic control on roading / construction sites
- Strong focus on health & safety and clear communication with crews and the public
