We're looking for a passionate, hardworking individual to join our small, high-performing Auckland Civil & Construction team in Penrose!

About the role:

  • Source, screen, and place skilled and reliable workers with our clients within the civil and construction industry
  • Visit worksites to understand client needs first-hand
  • Coordinate start dates, inductions, and ongoing candidate care
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop and foster new client relationships via business development
  • Negotiate client and candidate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
  • Managing a fast-paced, high-volume workload with accuracy and professionalism

Ideally you will have:

  • Current or previous experience "on the tools" - trades, civil, and construction or similar
  • Great people skills and the confidence to pick up the phone or meet face-to-face
  • Ability to work well with multiple computer systems
  • Strong work ethics, driven by passion and a results-focussed mindset
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn the ropes of recruitment
  • A full NZ driver's licence
