We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new business opportunities. About the Role:
- Manage and expand existing client accounts through outstanding service and relationship building
- Prospect and acquire new customers through effective sales strategies
- Understand and navigate the sales process to ensure successful outcomes
- Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilise strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
About You:
- Proven experience in account management and/or sales
- A natural salesperson with a confident and results-driven attitude
- Strong understanding of the sales process and new business acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with clients
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing clients to ensure outstanding service
- Prospecting and engaging with potential new customers to present our products and services
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth
