Branch Manager
With a background in operations and logistics, Jerome is used to being on the client side of the table. After registering with the Tauranga branch, the opportunity came up to join the AWF team. Meeting different people and helping them make connections to employment is what Jerome enjoys most in his role. Outside of work he manages the local rugby club and tries to fit in a bit of golf or gardening.
Simon Curtin
National Key Account Manager
Simon Curtin has over 7 years recruitment experience with AWF, having previously managed the Tauranga branch operations. Simon has moved into a National role supporting our national civil clients. Simon has a huge passion for this industry and delivers valuable civil sector knowledge to the AWF branches and its clients. His 20 year background in Senior Management and Account Management sees him delivering great outcomes for our key clients and supporting AWF’s investment into the civil and infrastructure sectors.

After moving from Auckland to Tauranga, Celine brings eight years of experience in retail management. Their deep passion for the recruitment industry drove Celine to eagerly seize the opportunity to join AWF. Their love for the field stems from their desire to assist people in finding their ideal roles, aligning not only with their lifestyles and family needs, but also supporting their personal growth. Beyond work, Celine can be spotted at the gym, by the beach, or out for a walk with their Pug, Hugo.
