Exit Survey Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions - AWF Exit Survey Prize Draw

  1. This prize draw is run by AWF Limited (AWF).

  2. By entering this prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  3. Entry to this prize draw is open from 1st January 2024 until 31st December 2024.

  4. To enter this prize draw, you must be the intended recipient of the AWF Exit Survey email, complete the survey, and provide your contact details (including email address) via the form provided at the end of the survey, all within 10 days (weekend days included) of receiving the email.

  5. Entry to this prize draw is only open to individuals who are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and residing in New Zealand at the time of the draw.

  6. Entry to this draw is restricted to one entry per person.

  7. Multiple entries, bulk entries, automated entries, and third-party entries will all be disqualified.

  8. The prize is 1 (one) Prezzy Card to the value of NZ$50 (New Zealand fifty dollars).

  9. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

  10. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within 14 days (weekend days included) of the initial email being sent.

  11. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the AWF Exit Survey form within 2 (two) business days of the prize draw.

  12. If the winner cannot be reached and/or does not respond within 5 (five) business days of initial contact, a new winner will be selected and the original winner will no longer be eligible to claim the prize.

  13. The prize will either be delivered to a valid New Zealand residential postal address (no PO boxes), or collected from an AWF branch office at a date and time to be agreed on.

  14. In the event of a dispute regarding this prize draw and any of its Terms & Conditions, the final decision will rest with AWF Management.

  15. AWF is compliant with New Zealand privacy and data protection laws. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
