What You'll Be Doing
- Work as part of the sealant crew in a boutique manufacturing environment
- Learn and master the intricate process of wig making over time
- Handle detailed, hands-on tasks requiring precision and care
- Contribute to creating custom wigs that meet high client standards
- Maintain quality and consistency throughout the production process
What You Need
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn a new trade skill
- Patience and dedication to develop expertise over several years
- Sewing experience (professional or hobby) or interest in crafts such as embroidery, jewellery making, soft furnishings, or hair and make-up
- Ability to work well in a team and follow detailed instructions
- Good communication skills
