About the Job:

  • Based in Upper Hutt
  • Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday
  • Shifts are from 12.00pm to 8.00pm
  • Work in multiple factory departments
  • Parking available onsite
  • View to go permanent for the right person
  • You will receive full and thorough training

What you will be doing:

  • Majority of your role will be in the filling and packing department.
  • Assistance in the production department may be required - filling vats with raw material, ensuring that each batch is recorded and equipment is cleaned and sterilized.
  • Filling product into the appropriate vials/containers
  • Weigh individual vials/containers for consistency
  • Labelling and packing the end product into shipper boxes
  • Picking orders for dispatch
  • Manual handling of product is required
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work area at all times

Job Requirements:

  • You must have stamina to keep up with the production line conveyor
  • Physically fit to undertake the tasks required
  • Have attention to detail and be able to follow strict processes, at all times
  • As you will be working with live vaccines, you will need to maintain extremely high levels of personal hygiene, which will be tested and documented daily. Safety to the vaccine is paramount.
