### Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) Worker to join our team. The TTM Worker will play a key role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of road construction and maintenance projects.

### Responsibilities
- Set up and remove traffic control equipment such as cones, signs, and barriers
- Direct traffic flow in accordance with project requirements and safety protocols
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of roads, highways, and other infrastructure
- Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

### Qualifications
- TTM Worker certification or relevant experience
- Proven experience as a road worker or in a similar laboring role
- Knowledge of traffic management regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

### Day-to-day
- Setting up and removing traffic control equipment
- Directing traffic flow as required
- Assisting with road maintenance and repair projects
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure compliance
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
