The role:
Our Client is on the hunt for 2 x Candidates to work2 x shifts from Friday to Monday. 1 x 6am - 6pm & 1 x 6pm - 6am (48 hours a week)
You will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling workflows to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery across the business units.
Working alongside a variety of stakeholders you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our resources (labour and fleet) are optimally utilised and that a high level of communication and reporting is maintained in relation to work schedules and fleet maintenance.
You'll have the opportunity to develop a broad skillset and in-depth knowledge of the industry by supporting and covering various operational tasks and working closely with team managers, support, and field teams, and key external fleet stakeholders.

About you:
This is a busy role with regular competing demands that requires a finger on the pulse. This is where your proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, and a strong ability to multitask, prioritise and self-organise will shine.
As an avid communicator you will be confident and comfortable in liaising and building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of people, from tradespeople to external stakeholders both verbally and in writing (with phone work being a prominent part of the role), all while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Minimum Restricted Driver's License and ability to get to work.
- A proficiency in MS Office Suite and computing, would be advantageous.
