We are looking for a Trade Assistant to assist on a full-time ongoing basis in Pukekohe. You will be working Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, start early and finish early!
Our client is a New Zealand owned and operated company with over three decades in the industry with a tight knit family culture. You will be assisting within the "Hot Dip" department. You will be required to use a gantry crane to lift fencing, gates and components onto hooks for a hot dip process.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lifting fences, gates and components onto hooks
- Dipping fencing and gates into the hot dip tank using the gantry crane
- Cleaning and filing products after the dipping process
- General cleaning and tidying of your work area

Skills & Experience required:
- Previous experience either labouring or manufacturing would be advantageous
- Reliable transport to work and relevant driver's licence
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Gantry crane and or forklift certification would be advantageous
