The purpose of the Team Leader is to manage the daily performance of a team. They make sure the processes used by their team run smoothly so that products are sorted according to agreed processing criteria and service performance targets.

You may be required to also provide backup in the Manager's absence.

You are required needs to show a good level of initiative and innovation is expected to react and adapt to a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. Some degree of discretion to make decisions so long as they are consistent with and support overall business goals and strategies. Decisions must comply with all specific company and corporate policies, procedures, guidelines and standard

Let's talk about the role:

  • Night shift role, hours usually 10.30pm - 7:00am
  • Adhere to health & safety guidelines and workplace regulations
  • Ensure all new staff are inducted, trained and following health and safety procedures.
  • Monitors team productivity daily to ensure daily targets are met.

What we are looking for:

  • Long-term ongoing employment within a management role.
  • Computer knowledge with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Full Class 1 Drivers Licence with F Endorsement and OSH, and personal transport
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Good level of fitness and able-bodied in order to perform physical tasks
