Our civil construction client is looking for a reliable and licensed roller operator to join their busy civil team.

As one of the countries largest civil construction companies they are responsible for building and resurfacing a large chunk of our beautiful countries roads and that includes right here in Marlborough.

This role will have you working as part of a team to reseal and stabilise roads right throughout Marlborough meaning you can enjoy the fruits of your labour as you drive around our great region.

The role is primarily as an operator however will also require you to get out and assist the wider team with labouring duties from time to time. Ideally we're looking for someone who would like to grow their operating skills beyond a roller but this isn't a prerequisite if your a passionate roller.

Who we're looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll need a full New Zealand Class 2 Drivers Licence and R Endorsement as a minimum additional endorsements would be highly regarded.

We need someone who shares our values around safety and is passionate about seeing everyone go home safe and well after a hard days work and who is able to get along in a team environment as you'll need to so you can all get the job done.

In addition to the above to be successful in this role you'll need:

  • The ability to pass pre-employment checks including; Drug and Alcohol and criminal history
  • The right to work in New Zealand and relevant documentation to prove it
