We have an opportunity in our Christchurch branch for an experience recruiter who thrives on business development and building new client relationships.

The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who:

  • Enjoys connecting with people, to understand their needs and building exceptional relationships
  • Will step out of the comfort zone to build the branch results through business-to-business sales
  • Can multi-task and balance priorities along with maintaining and managing our commitment to the Health and Safety of our staff

Day-to-day you will be:

  • Securing new clients through phone calls and by visiting businesses face-to-face
  • Building and forging relationships with existing clients
  • Ensuring employees' skills and experience match job requirements
  • Ensuring daily compliance within proven operating systems

Ideally you will have:

  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a service and sales focussed role; exposure to recruitment would be an added bonus!
  • Experience with B2B relationship management
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
