The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity that is very rarely available. We are looking for a switched-on Recruitment Consultant that is dynamic, with a focus on account management to look after our major clients. This role will see you building valuable relationships with our clients at a senior level as well as internally. As no business remains stationary you will be required to think on your feet and offer solutions to our clients staffing needs. Working with them and our teams to ensure high quality service standards are always met.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and further develop relationships with our key clients and workforce
- Provide regular communication with customers and our employees
- Manage effective service delivery
- Ensure temporary employees' skills and experience match our clients' job requirements
- Be responsible for the day to day management of H&S including on site toolboxes
- Ensuring our key performance indicators and metrics are delivered upon using proven operating systems
What we're looking for:
- Preferably more than 2 years of proven experience in an Account Management and/or Recruitment role
- Recruitment experience advantageous but not essential
- An affinity for working with clients within the civil, infrastructure and construction sector
- Highly organised, with a high attention to detail
- Professionalism and commercial awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication
