The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is:
- Passionate about people, as you will be focused on candidate attraction, retention, and pastoral care through CV screening, site visits, and communication
- Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers
- Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety with our AWF field employee workforce
- Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients

Ideally you will have:
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a service and sales focussed role; exposure to recruitment would be an added bonus!
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships
- Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills
- Proactive and process-driven
- Hunger, passion, and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude
