About AWF: We are NZ's largest staffing provider with a geographic spread almost double our nearest competitor. With 35 branches from Kaitaia to Invercargill, there are up to 3,500 people working through AWF every day.

The Role: If you enjoy connecting with clients, to understand their business and what they're all about with an end goal to help them with staffing needs - this is the role for you!

Day to day you will be:

• Securing new clients
• Visiting clients and meeting candidates
• Building exceptional relationships with existing clients
• Ensuring employees' skills and experiences match job requirements
• Maintaining CRM records

Multi-tasking and balancing priorities are key elements of the role along with maintaining and managing our commitment to the health and safety of our staff.

To be successful:

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a recruitment role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
