A Temp opportunity has arisen to manage the front desk at a busy freight company, providing a positive impression in greeting visitors and taking phone calls. As necessary, you will re-direct calls to the appropriate person. Use the company software to track and trace deliveries and proactively and follow up with customers and fellow workers. This is a Temporary position while the permanent position is filled. If you prefer to be busy and helpful this may be just the short term job you are looking for.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and internal team members and you will need to have a helpful and positive attitude whether it is over the phone or face to face. A 'can- do' and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude would suit the ideal candidate.
