Our client is looking for a team member to join their plastic manufacturing and injection moulding company. We are looking for someone who has a good mechanical aptitude and can understand technical literature. Knowledge of plastic raw materials would be advantageous.

About the job:

• located in Taita
• Monday to Friday
• 11.00pm - 7.00am
• free secure onsite parking
• close to public transport

What you will be doing:

• compound and mix colours accurately and consistently
• organise the supply of materials to the machines
• be able to lift 25kg bags of material
• accurately maintain mix records
• be able to communicate to the appropriate people when stocks are getting low
• maintain and clean machines when jobs are changing, to ensure there is no cross contamination of materials

This job is suited to:

• a person with good mechanical aptitude and basic numeracy skills
• able to work as part of a team
• good physical health
• someone who is willing and eager to learn new skills
