About the Role

Harvester roles are available to individuals with little to no previous work experience but can extend to experienced agricultural employees with a focus on productivity.

• This is a predominantly physical/manual labour position

• Field Workers will manually harvest crops in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met

• Understand and adhere to all safety practices

• Safely and responsibly use any hand tools provided and return them in good condition at the end of each day

• Harvesting will take place in 2-week intervals

• Transport will be provided daily to site in rural Waikato
