About the Role
Harvester roles are available to individuals with little to no previous work experience but can extend to experienced agricultural employees with a focus on productivity.
- This is a predominantly physical/manual labour position
- Field Workers will manually harvest crops in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met
- Understand and adhere to all safety practices
- Safely and responsibly use any hand tools provided and return them in good condition at the end of each day
- Harvesting will take place in 2-week intervals
- Transport will be provided daily to site in rural Waikato
