Our Kerikeri branch is searching for 3 people to work at a local oyster farm. You'll be doing a mixture of activities including grading, sorting, cleaning and preparing flip farm equipment. We are replacing the old oyster sacks with a new innovative system named Flip Farming. It's great for the environment and easier on our people.

We are offering a great rate of pay with a great team of people who make you feel welcome from day 1. Full training is provided and all the gear you need will also be provided free of charge.

No previous experience is necessary but a good work ethic and a high level of attendance is really important. We have roles that are land-based and other roles that are out on the harbour. A full discussion can be had and a site visit can be arranged before you take the leap if you prefer. We want you to feel at home before you agree to starting.

All you need is the following;

• A great work ethic.
• Able to attend Monday to Friday on a very regular basis.
• A past history of working so we can obtain 2 reference checks.
• Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen.
• Be double vaxxed against Covid19.
• Able to follow simple instructions and mix in with the team.
• We can work around any previous convictions so just talk to us if you have any.
• The ability to drive yourself to the oyster farm which is around 30 minutes from Kerikeri. Ride sharing is a possibility to help with petrol costs.
• Physically fit as some heavy lifting will be involved.

In return we can offer you a full time job as described above.
