The primary purpose of the process assistant position is to help support the production team to meet safety and quality standards when producing products.

Support the operations team with the machinery and equipment and carry out other duties within production to enable the company to supply its customers with products to the required quality standards and in a timely manner.

The role will rotate around different process assistant areas of manufacturing such as macro, micro tipping and delustering, there will be opportunities to be involved in process operator tasks from time to time and this should be used as development and learning opportunities.

All positions within the manufacturing environment have a responsibility of hygiene and cleanliness and from time to take you will be involved in cleaning operations.

Skills required:

• Understand the manufacturing environment (Quality and safety rules)
• Food Manufacturing experience ideally.
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure

Shift Pattern 2 days 2 nights on 4 days off - 12 hour shift from 6am until 6pm and 6pm to 6am.
