Leadership and production-based role for a company that supply premium gourmet fresh meats and handcrafted small goods - from sausages, dry-cured bacon to manuka smoked produce.
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday
- 5.00am to 1.00pm - overtime required in peak periods
- $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
- Paid stat days
Duties:
- Ensure workflow expectations are met with efficiency
- Communicate with other departments of workflow priorities
- Co-ordinate team members with their individual workloads
- Process invoices, returns and credit notes
- Produce consignment sheets for distribution partners
- Attend meetings and ensure action items are addressed and followed up, in a timely manner
- Ensure health and safety policies are adhered too
- Help the team process/slice and package the products
Skills and Requirements:
- Must have leadership skills and experience
- Be competent at processing invoices and consignment sheets
- Must be proficient at communicating - verbal and written
- Must have production experience and be familiar with health and safety processes within this industry
- Be organised and have excellent time management skills
- Be able to work with meat and cured products.
