We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators on a fortnightly rotating roster with a strong factory or manufacturing background to join our team. This is a busy, fast‑paced environment, so we're looking for people who can follow instructions, work well under pressure, and are ready to hit the ground running, particularly on night shift.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Operating production machinery
- Supporting changeovers and basic machine setups
- Packaging products and completing quality checks throughout production
- Ensuring all products meet required standards with 100% accuracy
- Recording production data using tablets and basic digital tool
- Applying basic maths skills for measurements and checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace

Shift Pattern
This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster:
Week 1
- Work: Monday, Tuesday
- Off: Wednesday
- Work: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2
- Off: Monday, Tuesday
- Work: Wednesday, Thursday
- Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Shift Hours
- Night Shift: 5:45pm - 6:00am
- Day Shift: 5:45am - 6:00pm (as rostered)
