Are you looking for a new, hands-on, mechanical operator role based in Dunedin?

Do you prefer working 12-hour long shifts, on a rotating roster?

Description:

Work within a friendly tight-knit team, carrying out machine operation and maintenance of large-scale production equipment within a factory environment.

You will receive training on how to operate on-site machinery, and work under the direction and supervision of the floor supervisor.

We're offering a lot of variety of work, full on-the-job training, ongoing development, and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

  • Perform maintenance and operation over a range of production machinery
  • Adhere to quality control, compliance, and standard operating procedures
  • Carry out hands-on, general labouring and administration tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Reliable and committed to working 12-hour shifts (4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on / 4 nights off)
  • Able bodied, motivated, and can work well within a team
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry and communication
  • Prior experience working with production / factory line machinery is essential
