We are seeking a dependable and flexible Loader Operator. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a strong adherence to health and safety standards. As a Loader Operator, you will play a crucial part in the companies operations, ensuring materials and goods are efficiently and safely handled.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate the loader to move materials as required. Ensure all machinery is operated in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any potential mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Understand and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure workplace. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain communication with supervisors.
- Display adaptability to changes in work schedules, including possible extended hours and weekend shifts when necessary, to meet operational demands.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify operational issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification or licensing to operate heavy machinery (WTR Endorsements).
