AWF Blenheim are looking for reliable labourers to join our crew across a range of civil and 3‑waters projects in Marlborough.

The work includes but not limited to:

• Digging and preparing trenches
• Laying, fitting, joining and connecting pipes
• Assisting qualified drainlayers with installs and repairs
• Water reticulation works
• Using hand tools, power tools and small plant
• Spotting for machinery and maintaining safe zones
• Cutting, measuring and prepping materials
• Site clean‑ups and general labouring across civil projects
• Supporting irrigation or plumbing tasks where required

Experience in irrigation or plumbing is a bonus, but not essential - our client can train the right people with the right attitude.

What you need:

• Full Class 1 license
• Class 2 or WTR endorsements are an advantage but not essential
• Fit for work and able to lift 25kg+
• Great team attitude and able to follow instructions
• Reliable, safety‑focused and able to use your initiative
• Strong Health & Safety awareness
• Reliable transport
• Keen to work hard, learn and get stuck in

Pre‑employment:

• Drug & alcohol screen
• Criminal history check
• The right to work in New Zealand
• References on request
