The Role
As the Post Hire Coordinator, you will be the ambassador of our operations, responsible for meeting our commercial customers and coordinating the return of high-end construction and earth moving equipment and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting customers and overseeing the offloading or delivery of equipment
- Resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
- Basic mechanical checking and reporting any damages
- Refuelling and completing post hire paperwork
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy and uncluttered
- Assisting the Pre Hire Coordinator as required

Work hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm - 47.5 hours per week
Requirements:
- Customer service experience dealing with tradies
- Physically fit and able to climb on / under large equipment
- Excellent spoken and written English including great handwriting
- Full Class 1 (car) drivers licence
- Forklift licence with OSH certificate
- F, W, T, R licence endorsements are a bonus
- Knowledge/experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems would be a bonus
