The Role

As the Post Hire Coordinator, you will be the ambassador of our operations, responsible for meeting our commercial customers and coordinating the return of high-end construction and earth moving equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting customers and overseeing the offloading or delivery of equipment
  • Resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Basic mechanical checking and reporting any damages
  • Refuelling and completing post hire paperwork
  • Keeping the yard clean, tidy and uncluttered
  • Assisting the Pre Hire Coordinator as required

Work hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm - 47.5 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience dealing with tradies
  • Physically fit and able to climb on / under large equipment
  • Excellent spoken and written English including great handwriting
  • Full Class 1 (car) drivers licence
  • Forklift licence with OSH certificate
  • F, W, T, R licence endorsements are a bonus
  • Knowledge/experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems would be a bonus
