Heavy Machinery Operators - Civil Roading Projects

Join a leading civil construction company and take your career to the next level. We're looking for skilled Heavy Machinery Operators with proven experience in the civil roading sector.

About the Role

• Operate rollers, loaders, and diggers to support major civil roading projects.
• Travel throughout the Canterbury region, including extended stays of up to three weeks.
• Occasional night shifts required.
• Full-time hours (40 per week), with opportunities to increase up to 60 hours.
• Assist with additional physical or driving tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience using WTR endorsements in civil construction.
• Class 2, 4, or 5 licence is an advantage.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including drug and alcohol screening and Ministry of Justice clearance.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and a collaborative team approach.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
