Forklift Operator/ Class 1 Truck Driver/ Yardman
One of our clients requires a delivery person/labourer, they will be using a forklift and driving a class 1 truck with a trailer for some deliveries as well as helping out round the yard.
The duties are listed as below, keep in mind there may be extra duties required of you from time to time to help the team and demand of the business
- General workshop cleaning of the building and the yard
- Weld cleaning of stainless steel. Full training will be given.
- General engineering tasks ie using hand tools for deburring, delivering parts to store
- Needs to be fit and able to do manual handling
- Forklift driving
- Deliveries in the Class 1 vehicle with trailer attached at times
To apply for this role you must:
- Have your full class 1 drivers licence
- F endorsement
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Have a clean criminal history
- Be available to start 15th march
- Have a great attitude
- Flexible with hours of work, strong possibility of working overtime.
- Team player
- Good customer skills
