Our company is seeking multiple Factory Hands to join our production and manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and looking to start a career in manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Assisting with various tasks on the production line
  
• Operating machinery and equipment under supervision
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  
• Following all health and safety procedures
  
• Supporting team members in achieving production targets
  
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  
  Qualifications
  
• Must have own transportation to get to and from the workplace
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  
• No previous experience required
  
• Forklift OSH and F-endorsement desirable, but not mandatory
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  
  Day-to-day
  
• Arrive punctually and ready for work
  
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish tasks
  
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in the workplace
  
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
