About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Tour Driver to join our team. This role begins as a seasonal contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the ideal candidate.

The successful applicant will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences-not just driving but providing engaging commentary and creating memorable journeys for our guests.

The role would begin as a seasonal contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. To be considered for a permanent position, the ideal person would need:

• Class 4 license with tour driving experience (including commentary)
  
• Ski industry experience
  
  There is flexibility in the roster depending on the person's skill set:
  
• Option 1: 3 days a week into Milford (if they have the right experience) or a 3-on / 3-off rotation (driving into Skippers Canyon would not be required)
  
• Option 2: For more full-time or a set 4-on / 3-off roster, driving into Skippers Canyon would also be required
  
  Guest experience for Milford is absolutely paramount-this is not just about driving; we need someone who can deliver an exceptional experience.
