AWF is pleased to be assisting our logistics client in their search for a Customer Service person to be based in their airport depot. They are a leading, NZ wide company who specialise in shipping, courier and delivery services. The pride themselves on the level of service they provide, the efficiency of their network and the traceability of ALL the goods that they move.

Joining a close knit team you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to customers who come into the depot for parcel collections, as well as managing phone queries. You will also be responsible for a variety of client accounts within the commercial sector. Other tasks will include processing shipment documentation, following up on shipment progress, and picking orders for onsite pick up

The kind of person who will thrive in this company will have

  • previous experience in the logistics sector
  • excellent customer service skills and is driven to find an answer to all queries
  • strong query resolution skills
  • experience dealing with customer issues, and able to manage complaints
  • a good level of computer literacy, and numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

You need a full driver's licence, the right to live and work in NZ, and are available to work Tues-Friday (8.30-6pm) and Saturday mornings from 8am-12pm.
