Our client is a civil drainage company who are currently completing a large scale project in Marlborough focused around revitalising our water services.

They're looking for a hard working individual who's experienced in concreting. The work will mostly involve repairing and replacing patches of foot paths and also driveways following excavations. The project will continue until at least March 2022 and there is a possibility for further work beyond this.

We're looking for people who're safety conscious and good at working in a team environment, all of the required PPE and gear will be provided for the role to ensure you're safe on site.

Working through AWF you'll get all of the normal things you're entitled to. You'll be paid weekly for the work you've done and you'll also get the benefit of AWF's amazing staff who're here to support you throughout your assignment.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with the skills to complete the above jobs but also who can work well with others and work well with the public. We need people who can work to deadlines and who aren't afraid to get stuck in to get the job done.

As at times you'll need to be able to drive vehicles to collect gear a minimum of a full New Zealand drivers licence is required.

In addition to the above, you'll need the following to be successful in your application for this role;

- Prior experience in concrete placing including finishing and boxing

- The ability to pass pre-employment checks including criminal history and drugs screening

- The right to work in New Zealand and relevant documentation to prove it

- An ability to get to and from work daily, the work site will vary

- A current CV with at least 2 references
