This is a PERMANENT role, with the payrate of $27.50 per hour, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Hobsonville area.
You will be responsible for the ensuring that the site is maintained in the best possible condition. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Mop & Vacuum the rooms as required
- Empty Bins & Vacuum offices
- Spray and Wipe toilets, mop floors and top up rolls and paper towels
- Tidy boardrooms including clean and stock up pantry items
- Check Entry voids; Vac, Mop and dust as required
- Vac Foyer and Offices sills and ledges, check for cobwebs
- Clean internal doors, remove scuffs from doors and walls
- Check cleanliness of temporary site offices if in use
- Empty Bins and Vacuum Offices
- Keep outside clean/tidy including removal of cobwebs
- Clean external and internal glass as required
Other Duties:
- General help with deliveries and materials handling
- Check docks are clear for any incoming deliveries

Essential for this Role:
New Zealand Citizenship/Austrialian Citizenship or NZ Residency so a check can be performed to obtain a National Security Clearance
