About the Role
Join a respected civil construction team and play a key role in building and maintaining essential infrastructure across Canterbury.
- Hands-on outdoor work
- Travel throughout the greater Canterbury region, with occasional projects requiring up to 3 weeks away from home
- Some night work may be required
- Full-time hours (40 per week), with opportunities to increase up to 60 hours
- Basic labouring, Class 2, Class 5 and Heavy Machinery Operation
What You'll Need
- Clean full Class 1 as a minimum, Class 2 or Class 5
- WTR endorsement - capability to load and unload heavy machinery is beneficial
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including Drug & Alcohol screening and Ministry of Justice clearance
- Physically fit with a proactive attitude-this is a hands-on role, not just driving
- Legal right to work in New Zealand (with proof)
