What we need from you:
- To be a natural leader with experience in the building industry with relevant experience as a Foreman and references to reflect
- Must have the ability to read and interpret plans
- Be able to support and encourage your team to finish their work to a high standard
- Monitor progress and report back to head office
- Be willing and able to jump onto the tools to support the team in all building requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Implement and adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements
- Qualified Builder (NZ Registered)
- Full Class 1 License
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Good level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks
- Reliable transport to get you to and from work
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willing to undergo a criminal history check
