We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, or Account / Relationship Manager to lead our Invercargill branch.

The role:

Ideally, we'd like you to have a good understanding of the economy in Invercargill, and the down-to-earth nature of its people. Knowledge of the civil sector would be advantageous but we're more focused on finding someone who can engage and maintain current relationships, as well as focusing on growth in this space.

As Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead by example, supporting and motivating your small team
  • Seek out, win, and maximise sales within existing customers, but also through expansion of our client base into additional sectors
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meet financial and cash flow targets
  • Promote company driven key initiatives
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance is maintained to company and client standards
  • Ideally have minimum 3 years' leadership/management experience

Experience within recruitment, running a successful small business or a branch of a national entity will be highly regarded.
