Administration Role

Working in a fast paced and diverse environment, your responsibilities will include day to day administration tasks that support the operational requirements of the branch. To succeed in this role, you will be resilient, a team player, have a administration background. Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable & reconciliations
  • Claims, Damages and Credits
  • Cash sales and general customer service
  • Minute taking of safety meetings
  • Take an active role in identifying hazards and unsafe behaviours in the workplace by reporting any hazards and incidents quickly
  • Processing Owner Driver payments
  • Manifests
  • Third party carrier payments
  • Data entry

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in an Administration role
  • Prior experience in the transport and logistics industry (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
