We are situated behind the VTNZ on Whangatane Drive. We have had a presence in Kaitaia for many years but moved to Whangatane Drive around 6 years ago. We supply to the nearby businesses in good numbers and are always keen to grow our pool of people. We always have vacancies at a nearby wood processing mill and within the civil construction field.

Branch Manager
Adrian Green has been the branch manager for Kaitaia since 2020 and also manages the Kerikeri branch. He has a background of U.K. Police and customer service roles. Adrian loves the challenges that recruitment throws at him.
Vicki Marron
Candidate Consultant
Vicki joined AWF in 2020 and is a people person. She thoroughly enjoys assisting candidates into full time roles and is great at looking after them once they start. Vicki is flourishing in the role and is an expert interviewer. She would love to hear from anyone looking for work.
