Permanent Placement Specialist
For ten years, Bridget was a Recruitment Advisor for an iconic Christchurch department store, where she enjoyed the variety of roles to fill. Bridget got tremendous satisfaction from finding fabulous people and matching them to the right job and often seeing their careers develop over the years. Starting with AWF, she is looking forward to learning more about recruiting in an agency environment and continuing on the gratifying work of pairing the perfect person with the perfect position. Outside of work, Bridget loves to travel and explore different places or enjoy creative projects, whether it’s a craft or trying a new recipe.
Debby has been in the HR and Recruitment space for about 12 years, most of her roles included recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees in the hospitality, construction and mining industries. Debby recently migrated from South Africa and we are lucky she stumbled across this role at AWF. Her passion lies with helping people reach their professional and personal goals and this convinced her to make the switch from Hospitality to Human Resources. Debby loves helping people to find jobs they enjoy and bringing them more than just a pay check – fulfilment and the opportunity to reach their professional potential. Outside of work she loves traveling, exploring places and learning about the history of forgotten places.
With a rich background in sales, Ananth's transition to recruitment was only natural. Ananth enjoys meeting new people and cultivating long standing relationships with his candidates and clients. Outside of work, Ananth is an avid car enthusiast and can be found punching laps at Ruapuna or working on cars. He also enjoys road trips with his partner and pet dog as they explore everything the South Island has to offer.
