With a large work-force spanning across Auckland and the wider regions, AWF's Technical and Engineering branch consists of a group of fast-paced and energetic consultants, who are experts in the industry. Our overarching principle revolves around delivering ‘matches’ that enhance both our candidate’s experience, and client’s businesses. We recruit Fixed Term, Temporary/Contract, and Permanent staff for all levels of technical roles within electronics, light and heavy engineering, fabrication and installation, and general manufacturing.

With over 7 years of experience, and counting, he'll ask you plenty of questions to understand your needs.Then, he'll leave no stone unturned to identify the best candidates for clients, and the best career fit for candidates. You'll always expect honesty from Ankit- even when it's something you may not want to hear; it's how he build trust.
With extensive experience in both the Permanent and Temporary recruitment space, Jo possesses sound knowledge about the industry. She's a little like the Pony Express; she won’t let anything stop her from delivering the best results. Unsuprisingly, she's a strong relationship builder too! Receptive, proactive and always smiling; that’s our Jo.
Stepan's quiet demeanor belies his passion for providing staffing solutions to his clients and candidates. A builder by trade, Stepan joined us after relocating from Christchurch where he had established his recruitment career. Stepan and his family are settling into the hustle and bustle of Auckland as if it were their original home. He’s often found on client sites in his Hi-Vis, taking the time to understand their needs and developing new business opportunities.
Monique, also known as Mon, is the glue that binds our team together. Her exceptional organizational and admin skills keep us all ticking along, and on track. Mon looks after our candidates all the way through the recruitment process- from their first inquiry call through to their first day on the job.
