About the Role
As a Traffic Controller, you'll be responsible for:- Managing the safe flow of traffic around worksites
- Setting up and maintaining temporary traffic management measures
- Communicating effectively with team members and the public
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting site crews as required
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to complete a Traffic Control course
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum Class 1 Restricted Licence (Class 1 Full preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Full-time availability, including early starts, night shifts, weekends, and other non-standard hours as required
